How iCrimeFighter Grew Monthly Organic Clicks by 13.4% With a Core and State Page Strategy

1. At a glance

iCrimeFighter already had a credible product and years of experience in digital evidence management. The opportunity was to make that expertise easier to discover when law enforcement teams, prosecutors and agencies searched for the category.

The goal was not more traffic for its own sake. It was stronger visibility around the searches most likely to drive relevant, high-converting clicks.

2. The challenge

The search architecture had not caught up with the strength of the product. Important DEMS intent was spread across the homepage, product pages and a growing content footprint, while some of the highest-value buyer journeys still needed clearer pages of their own.

AI-assisted publishing had also increased output, but not every page was tied closely enough to a clear search job. The result was a site with useful information, but inconsistent visibility for the industry terms most likely to matter commercially.

3. The Revenify approach

We rebuilt the search journey around the pages that should own demand: the homepage, Law Enforcement, Prosecutors, Integrations and a repeatable set of state-level DEMS pages.

Then we mapped priority intent to a clear destination and strengthened what already existed before defaulting to more publishing.

  • Built and revamped core pages around the main buyer and product journeys.

  • Created a repeatable state-page structure for state-level DEMS searches.

  • Reworked keyword-to-URL mapping so important searches had a clear page designed to own that intent.

  • Refined AI-heavy content where intent, relevance or editorial quality needed work.

  • Improved metadata, internal linking, technical hygiene and indexing support.

  • Tracked priority terms separately from overall traffic so ranking quality stayed visible.

4. State pages became a repeatable visibility layer

State-level demand became one of the clearest proofs of the new page system.

At the latest tracked checkpoint, 87% of the state DEMS searches were at Google's top position, while 100% were within the top three results.

The value was not only the visibility. The same structure could now be repeated as iCrimeFighter expanded its state footprint, without turning every state into a one-off SEO project.

5. Core pages started owning the searches they were built for

The same shift appeared on the pages closest to product evaluation.

Priority searches mapped to the Prosecutors, Integrations, homepage and digital-evidence platform journeys moved from weak or absent visibility into the top results. The Law Enforcement journey also moved into page-one visibility.

This was the change we wanted: important industry searches were increasingly landing on pages built to explain the product to the people most likely to evaluate it.

6. Clicks grew as the search footprint widened

From June to July, monthly page-level organic clicks increased by 13.4%, while monthly page-level impressions increased by 10.8%.

The latest weekly page-level export also showed impressions increasing by 21.3% week over week.

The useful signal was the combination: more visibility around priority searches, stronger performance on the pages built to own that intent, and a broader overall search footprint.

7. The progress started showing up in real searches

The reporting sheets were only one part of the evidence. The iCrimeFighter team began seeing the same movement when they checked searches manually in incognito windows.

In one check, the tested searches appeared prominently on Google. A Gemini search returned iCrimeFighter alongside established category names, while Bing also returned leading placements.

8. What changed

  • Made core product and buyer pages the centre of the SEO strategy.

  • Aligned high-intent industry searches to the pages best placed to convert that demand.

  • Built state pages as a repeatable search system rather than isolated local content.

  • Improved live pages before defaulting to more publishing.

  • Refined AI-heavy content and strengthened relevance, metadata and internal linking.

  • Measured priority rankings, weekly GSC movement and monthly GSC movement separately.

9. The impact

iCrimeFighter is now showing up more consistently for the searches that define its category, not only for branded queries or broad informational traffic.

Monthly organic clicks grew by 13.4%, monthly impressions grew by 10.8%, and 87% of the tracked state DEMS searches reached Google's top position.

More importantly, the website now has a clearer search architecture: core pages for core demand, state pages for local demand, and supporting content that strengthens those journeys instead of competing with them.

The goal was never more clicks at any cost. It was more relevant, high-converting clicks from the searches iCrimeFighter should have a right to win.
